Pastor Edward E. Rogers Legacy Award

We are pleased to announce that nominations are now being accepted for the Edward E Rogers Legacy Award. This prestigious award recognizes individuals who have made a lasting and significant impact at DMI, their community, or organization, embodying excellence, leadership, and a commitment to leaving a meaningful legacy.

Eligibility:

Nominees should demonstrate outstanding contributions that align with the mission and vision of Discipleship Ministries. Contributions may include:

• Long-term achievements that have positively influenced the ministry, community or profession.

• Innovative solutions or initiatives that have led to lasting improvements.

• Dedication to fostering growth.

Nomination Process:

To nominate an individual please complete the nomination form. The form should include:

• Nominee's name 

• A brief description of the nominee’s contributions and their lasting impact.

Deadline for Submission:

All nominations must be submitted by Sunday, December 15, 2024. Late submissions will not be considered.

Selection Process:

A selection committee will review all nominations and select the recipient based on the significance of their contributions, alignment with award criteria, and overall impact.

Award Presentation:

The Legacy Award will be presented during the 15 Church Anniversary Celebration, January 12, 2025.
