Pastor
Edward Rogers
is a native of Melrose, LA. He graduated from Cloutierville High School and attended Northwestern State University. In 1993, he followed a desire to move to Dallas, TX. It was during this time that he accepted Christ as his Savior and became a member of Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor C. W. Wallace. In 1996, after attending numerous worship services, he and his wife became members of Gospel Tabernacle Church, under the leadership of Bishop David E. Martin. It was under this tutelage that he accepted his call to ministry. Pastor Rogers served as a member of the Deacon’s board until being ordained as an Elder at their annual RHEMA Conference in 2006.
In 2010, Pastor Rogers answered the call of God to start Discipleship Ministries, Inc. This ministry is built on the love of God and teaching Godly principles on living an uncompromising life.
As an obedient and faithful servant in the kingdom of God, Pastor Rogers understands his vital role in the body of Christ is to encourage God’s people with the word of God in teaching and deed. With a servant’s heart and love for people, he desires to see God’s purpose fulfilled in the lives of His people. He genuinely loves God, the people of God, and the things of God. He believes “that a shepherd should smell like his sheep”, this fragrance transfer takes place when you are in the midst of the sheep. How can one lead a people that he does not know? How can they follow if they don’t have one’s heart?
Pastor Rogers balances ministry and business with his longtime friend and high school sweetheart, his wonderful wife of over eighteen years, First Lady Denneice Rogers. They are blessed with the honor of parenting their beautiful daughter, Eonness.

Denneice Rogers
Has resided in Dallas, Texas for over twenty years. Her love for God's people has kept her motivated and humbled to be secure in servitude. Before starting a ministry with her husband, she was dedicated to her local church body for approximately fourteen years and served in many auxiliaries: Sunday school teacher, youth department, hospitality, greeters’ of reading her leader’s vision and then running with it to see it manifest.
In 2009, the Lord spoke to her husband, Edward Rogers that the time was “now” to start a ministry. After much prayer and seeking God, Discipleship Ministries,Inc was birthed. Immediately God began to speak to her about a women’s ministry. An assignment she had run from many years was now staring her in the face. Shortly after beginning the ministry, DIVAs, (Destined Inspired Victorious Anointed Sistas), began meeting every month. Her vision for women is founded on John 13:34 “a new commandment I give unto you, that ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.” It was from this ministry that the Women’s Restoration Revival was born. In March 2012, DMI hosted the first women’s revival, a time of refreshing and restoration.
She and her husband are blessed to share a beautiful princess, Eonness; whom they love dearly. She is also blessed and honored to have family, both spiritual and natural, who love and support her every endeavor
Pastor Denneice Rogers strives to walk in peace and unity while demonstrating love of Christ to all she encounters. Her ministry is founded upon 1 Peter 3:8 “ Finally, be ye all of one mind, having compassion one of another, love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous….”
